The Story behind Ninsòle
We are in the heart of the Langhean area that expresses so much food and wine excellence: the great doc wines, dolcetto, barbera, nebbiolo and the docg Barolo, the white truffle and the Hazelnut Tonda Gentile delle Langhe (prized cultivar of the PGI Piedmont Hazelnut).
It is precisely from the cultivation of hazelnuts, in Piedmontese dialect ninsòla (pronounced nisòa) and in particular by the room where hazelnuts used to be dried before being sold, our guesthouse is named.

Your stay in the heart of the Langhe
